Warehouse Controller
Tasks/Accountabilities:-
1. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
2. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
3. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
4. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
5. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
6. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
7. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
8. Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
9. Site inspection reporting, maintaining records
10. Management of warehouse materials and supplies
11. Stock inventory control
12. Shipment receiving, processing of documents and inspection of goods
13. Handling all warehousing and logistic activities from time of purchase orders/ invoice is issued until consignments reach their final destination.
14. Level stock replacement, movement, loading and unloading, supervision and storage.
15. Organizing/ reconciling materials to protect it from determination ensure quality checks.
16. Monitor movement of goods from one location to other for transshipments and relocation.
17. Storage or deliveries of assignments of materials to their respective locations.
18. Controlling and monitoring inventory with the internal and external auditing teams.
19. Preparation and submitting of aging reports, monthly stock valuation movement to the management.
20. Safety as foremost concern, all junior and senior staffs must be made aware of safety procedures by the safety rules and standards of the company.

Production/Shift Supervisor
Tasks/Accountabilities:-
- Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- Train and coach production line employees.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
- Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
- Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
- Responsible to meet shift production goals.
- Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
- Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager.
- Ensure a hygienic environment, clean and safe work area.
- Complete shift paper work.
- Assist in production as necessary
